I'll just get it out of the way I am in the Navy. I know not the most likely candidate for this community but it is a means. I hope to contribute and gain while I am here. My influences (outside of my family) come from many books but the most influential has been all of Daniel Quinn's writings. My current plan (which is ever changing) is to use the Navy for the retirement (where else can I retire from with full benefits and 50% pay at the age of 39) If I can last it! buy some land and build an earthship and start a tribal community that is self sustainable.
